Terms of Service
1. The service
Tests Wise ("the Service") explores a website you designate, generates test scenarios with the help of AI models, and delivers them as a report. The Service is operated from Colombia and offered worldwide. By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for every job created from your account. Accounts are personal; sharing credentials is not allowed.
3. Authorization to test
You may only submit websites that you own or that you are explicitly authorized to test. When you provide login credentials for a site, you confirm that you are authorized to use that account for testing and that it is a test account on a test environment. You are solely responsible for any consequence of submitting a site or an account you were not authorized to use.
4. How exploration works
Our agents visit up to a limited number of pages of the site, read their content and submit no forms other than, when you ask for it, the login form. We avoid following links that look like actions (logging out, deleting, purchasing), but we cannot guarantee how every website reacts to automated browsing. Do not submit production systems where an unexpected request could cause harm.
5. Plans, payments and refunds
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions sold through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles applicable taxes under its own terms. Each plan includes a number of jobs per calendar month; unused jobs do not carry over. The Pro plan may start with a free trial; the first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before. You can cancel at any time from the Plan page of your account or from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charge is made. Refunds: if you ask within 14 days of a charge and have used fewer than 3 jobs in that period, we refund it in full; other requests are handled case by case. 6. AI-generated content
Test scenarios are generated by AI models and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are suggestions to support your own testing, not a guarantee that a website works or is free of defects. Review them before relying on them.
7. Your data
Job results (pages, scenarios, reports) belong to you. We keep them so you can access them from your account and delete them after the retention period described in the Privacy Policy, or earlier when you delete a job or your account. Login credentials you provide for a job are encrypted, used only for that job and deleted as soon as the exploration ends.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to attack, overload or gain unauthorized access to any system, to test sites that prohibit automated access, or to circumvent usage limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
