Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a hash of your password (we never store the password itself).
- Job data: the URL and description you submit, the pages our agents visit (their titles, links, forms and a structural inventory), the generated scenarios and the Excel report.
- Login credentials for a job, when you provide them: encrypted at rest, used only during that job's exploration and deleted as soon as it ends.
- Usage and billing data: jobs created, model cost per job, and your subscription status as reported by our payment provider. We never see or store card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address and request logs, kept briefly for security (rate limiting, abuse prevention) and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To run the Service: explore the sites you submit, generate scenarios, deliver reports, send transactional emails (email verification, password reset), enforce plan limits and protect accounts. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your job data to train models.
Who processes it for us
- Anthropic (AI models): receives the structural inventory of the explored pages and your job description to generate scenarios.
- Lemon Squeezy (payments, Merchant of Record): your email and purchase details.
- Resend (transactional email): your email address and the message content.
- DigitalOcean (hosting): all data is stored on servers in the United States.
- Optional operational tools: Sentry (error reports without personal data) and LangSmith (traces of job runs, when enabled).
How long we keep it
Finished jobs, with their pages, scenarios and reports, are deleted automatically 90 days after completion. You can delete a job or your whole account at any time from the dashboard; deletion removes every job, page, scenario, report and token linked to the account. Backups of the database are kept for 14 days.
Your rights
You can access, export (download your reports) and delete your data from your account. For anything else — correction, objection, a copy of your data, or questions — write to hola@tests-wise.com. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed with argon2id and checked against known breaches. Job login credentials are encrypted with a key held only by the server and erased after use. Access to production systems is restricted to the operator.
Cookies
The dashboard keeps your session token and your language preference in your browser's local storage. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
